Thought Field TherapyThought Field Therapy (TFT) is a safe and effective technique for the elimination of emotional distress. It provides fast, profound relief from fears and phobias, anxieties, obsessions, and many other undesireable emotions by directly treating the blockage in the energy flow created by a disturbing thought pattern. It virtually eliminates any negative feeling previously associated with a thought by tapping key meridian points in specific sequences.

In addition to its speed and efficacy, another advantage of TFT is its noninvasiveness. Clients are able to focus inwardly on the source of their emotional distress while maintaining privacy about their experiences. This is particularly beneficial when working with situations like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
 
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The client taps along a sequence of meridian points on their own body, which breaks up the emotional feedback loop in which they had been stuck. The client sits in a chair throughout this process.

During and after tapping clients frequently report cathartic sensations of energetic release, such as "pent up emotions spontaneously draining." Once the emotional charge is cleared clients are able to think calmly and productively about the source of their prior distress.

This technique works equally well for feelings of anxiety, rejection, frustration, fears and phobias, grief, shame, trauma, anger, heartache, loneliness and myriad other concerns. Results are typically immediate, long-lasting, and provide tremendous relief.
