Pure Chocolate Bliss

I am so sensitive to caffeine – even decaf in the morning causes insomnia – that I gradually, grudgingly gave up all coffee. Since I was introduced to Choffy I have been absolutely over the moon about it.

Choffy is brewed chocolate made from 100% premium cacao beans, roasted and ground in small batches to create a delicious drink that provides long-lasting energy and whole-body wellness. Choffy brews just like coffee. But unlike coffee, it supplies you with sustained energy without the crash, jitters, or other negative effects of caffeine. Which means you can drink as much as you want, whenever you want.

Not only does Choffy taste good, it’s healthy. It contains no sugar, dairy, or chemicals; in fact, all it contains is premium cacao and naturally-occurring, good-for-you properties.

It is loaded with antioxidants – more per serving than almost 2 cups of blueberries. It contains theobromine, which provides you with a long-lasting, heart-healthy, non-addictive energy lift. And it contains the “bliss” compounds phenylethylamine (PEA) and anandamide. PEA is an adrenal-related neuromodulator that helps you feel focused and alert. Anandamide is a mood-boosting neurotransmitter present in the brain when you feel great.

I love Choffy’s taste, smell, and the ritual of brewing it in a French press. In fact, I’m so enthused about Choffy that I am selling it! Read on to go deep into Choffy. 12 oz bags are also available for sale at my office.

Choffy Tips

  • Brew Choffy in a French press, rather than a drip coffee maker.

  • Experiment with your brewing process. Many people prefer to brew Choffy longer and stronger than the instructions suggest.

  • If you add creamer or sweetener to coffee, you may like it in Choffy. Trader Joe’s Coconut Cream makes for a yummy treat.

  • For a healthy, warm-weather refresher, try Choffy iced.

  • Choffy’s cocoa flavor makes it a great ingredient in recipes.
